If you believe your piece is faulty, please contact us at your earliest convenience. Our team will review your concern and be in touch with you shortly.

Only some items are subject to our standard 14-day refund policy. To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in sellable condition.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll assess the issue upon inspection and respond accordingly. Please note that all claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
