All NZ orders are dispatched within 2–7 business days locally from Auckland (please expect delays during peak seasons, such as during the Christmas period, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day.).

All New Zealand orders ship for a flat rate of $8 NZD via NZ Post. Tracking is provided once the order is dispatched.
All Australian orders ship for a flat rate of $12 NZD. Tracking is provided once the order is dispatched.

All of our parcels require a signature upon receiving, therefore we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing parcels once marked successfully as delivered. To avoid such issues, we strongly recommend to ship to a secure residential or business address only.
Items will be shipped within 4 weeks once received. If your order includes both in-stock and made to order items, it will be shipped once all items are available in a single shipment. Shipping fees apply if you wish to have a split shipping.
International orders may incur extra duties or taxes - customer’s responsibility.
Reliever: For any returned items, after it has been received, Re‑delivery fees may apply if order falls under the free shipping threshold.
